THESE ASSESSMENTS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR LEARNERS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY UNDERTAKEN AND FULLY COMPLETED THE PARKOUR UK 1ST4SPORT LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE IN COACHING PARKOUR/FREERUNNING (QCF) COURSE

Please note that the dates, locations and courses may change throughout the year. Additional courses may be added throughout 2018 to meet sufficient need and demand.
Assessments:
Online Assessment Paper
A 60-minute multiple choice online assessment paper covering Parkour/Freerunning Practice, Parkour/Freerunning Coaching & Supplemental Knowledge. Pass mark is 85%
Observed Assessment of Coaching Practice
Learners are required to plan, risk-benefit assess, deliver and evaluate up to a 60-minute Parkour/Freerunning session. Learners must use the session plan, risk-benefit assessments and evaluation sheet. Your tutor/assessor will use the Observation Checklist to assess you against the coaching criteria.
Parkour/Freerunning Competency Assessment
During the Parkour/Freerunning Competency Assessment, your tutor/assessor will carry out an observation of the Learners performance, using the Observation Checklist to assess you against the coaching criteria. Learners will need to be able to technically demonstrate and/or explain the fundamental principles of a variety of Parkour/Freerunning movement competencies to the assessor. Pass mark is 85%.
