At nearly 60 years of age and still a weapon of an athlete, Beau tells the story of how he fell in love with Parkour in his late 40’s, was taken in by the young Run LDN crew as one of their own, and had the whole community rally behind a crowdfunder for him when he got injured recently and was out of work. Beau is an incredible example of a high-level middle-aged Parkour athlete and has made great progress in changing the way people look at the sport, as well as inspiring those who think they’re ‘too old’ for Parkour.
