What's Next?

Following your 3 day in person course, you will need to complete 6 hours of  'supervised coaching sessions'. You will need to assist at least two different Parkour UK Level 2 qualified coaches for these six sessions post-course;

  • All 6 sessions must be completed
  • Each session must be a minimum of one hour in length
  • All sessions must be supervised and signed by a qualified Parkour UK Level 2 Parkour/Freerunning coach
  • All 6 sessions must be supervised and signed off by at least two different Parkour UK Level 2 coaches

You have a maximum of one-year from the first date of your course in which to complete your supervised hours. These sessions will provide you with the opportunity to experience real life coaching and gain an understanding of what it is like to be an assistant to a Level 2 coach, and are therefore fundamental to your learning.   We recommend you start to sign off your supervised hours as soon as you can post course rather than leave this until the last minute.

If you require help to find a Level 2 coach to sign off your supervised hours, please contact our Workforce Lead.
