Spiral Freerun CIC aims to promote positive mental health, inclusion and diversity as well as improve the physical health & wellbeing of our participants, staff and community through Parkour/ Freerunning.
Spiral Freerun was founded on 18.03.2012 and has transitioned from an amateur video making organisation, into and organisation that works with a multitude of individuals, companies and councils to deliver physical Parkour/ Freerunning classes, workshops, birthday parties and other services. Made up of predominantly young males aged between 15-27, Spiral Freerun aims to conduct/ produce everything in house including our clothing production range.
