Thanet Parkour Academy

We believe that Parkour is a holistic sport, providing the practitioner with physical and cognitive developmental functions for movement. In addition to this we recognise the importance of social health and have built a network of professional coaches and staff that support every learner on their journey through movement.

TAG Youth Club for Disabled Young People

Our parkour classes run separately for different age groups and offer young people the opportunity to take part in a sporting activity which they would not normally do. Classes include running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, rolling and make use of our specialist parkour equipment.

TAG Parkour Classes take place on Wednesdays at Ham Youth Centre. There is a £5* charge per session. There is also a termly fee option which guarantees a place for each session and gives you priority booking and discounts for our Parkour events.

8-15 year-olds, 7.15-8.15pm

15-30 year-olds, 8.30-9.30pm

Fluidity Freerun Academy

Fluidity Freerun was established in 2005 by the first crew of Welsh freerunners. Years later this grew into a professional team of coaches, performers and athletes. Pioneering the scene from Cardiff, the team have worked worldwide but focused on grass routes with coaching in the community. This has led to the dream of openeing up our very own indoor Parkour Center – Fluidity Freerun Academy. We are a world renowned facility with a 7 day timetable of classes, open training, courses and more , catering for all ages!

Our team is growing and available for all sorts of work UK and worldwide – from coaching, performance, stunt , consultancy and plenty more through our professional network.

Daniel Timms

One of the UK’s most experienced coaches, Dan has been training since 2005 and hasn’t stopped since!

He is the director of JUMP Parkour, based in the Midlands. Dan is also a coach educator and tutor for Parkour UK

On top of coaching he also designs parkour parks and installations, with numerous creations all around the UK.

John Hall

John Hall or ‘Hedge’ discovered parkour in late 2004 after watching a parkour video in school. After a short career in academia, he founded Access Parkour in 2013 as a full time parkour coach.
Hedge is the Lead Tutor for the ParkourUK Teachers course, the Executive Director of Access Parkour and the Deputy CEO of Parkour Earth.
