At Rosebery and Tadworth we offer parkour classes for all ages and ability’s. We’ve created a space where young children can come and explore movement and gain a greater understanding of how the human body can move using different styles and techniques.

As the children progress and get older we teach them a great deal about self progression and risk management to take what they learnt inside and put it into a real life scenario making parkour as fun and as safe as possible.

Spiral Freerun CIC aims to promote positive mental health, inclusion and diversity as well as improve the physical health & wellbeing of our participants, staff and community through Parkour/ Freerunning.

Spiral Freerun was founded on 18.03.2012 and has transitioned from an amateur video making organisation, into and organisation that works with a multitude of individuals, companies and councils to deliver physical Parkour/ Freerunning classes, workshops, birthday parties and other services. Made up of predominantly young males aged between 15-27, Spiral Freerun aims to conduct/ produce everything in house including our clothing production range.
