Catherine Baker resigns a Senior Independent Director

As set out in 21.1.9 of our Memorandum & Articles of Association – [person shall cease to be a Director of the Company as soon as;] Notification is received by the Board from the Director that the Director is resigning from office, and such resignation has taken effect in accordance with its terms. 

Catherine notified the Chair & CEO of her resignation 15th August 2018, which was followed by the formal letter of resignation on the 31st August 2018. The formal notice of resignation was submitted to Companies House for processing and accepted on the 4th September.

Following processing with companies House the resignation was formally confirmed and recorded at the meeting of the Parkour UK Board on 23rd October 2018.

The position of Senior Independent Director will be advertised and recruited to as part of the 2018 AGM.
